One of the authentic culinary gems in Mallorca. No doubt why it is in the Michelin guide. It is not only about food, it is about the overall experience. The service was superb 10/10. Inside, the ambient and decoration very well designed. The tasting menu is an authentic journey of flavours. Price in accordance with the experience. No question that Javier Hoebeek, the chef, is a raising star. 100% recommend.

Very long tasting menu. Strong start with amazing tapas, a nice selection of vermuts. My favorite was the duck & fig. I was feeling full before getting to the main courses and couldn’t enjoy those. Overall good experience, but maybe would be good to have a smaller version of the tasting menu

I had an incredible dining experience at Fusion19. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, every dish was delicious and bursting with flavor. The attentive and warm service added to the overall enjoyment. It was truly a superb culinary experience.

Visited the restaurant yesterday and we tried the tasting menu with wine parring. I must say it was an absolute unique experiance. The food was outstanding and the presentation was worth 5 stars aswell. The room is modern and the atmosphere is very cozy. Its really worth a visit

Surprisingly good food, very short on staff, not super friendly… some can act like they are doing you a favour. Overcharged on the bill and barely an apology … check your bill.. they obviously do not count on repeat customers ….

Different to the usual Mallorca restaurant, this place has really great food, lighter, fresher and healthier but still very filling. Surprisingly child friendly with a child fresh menu (not on the menu card). Little more expensive than your average in the area but food and service definitely matched the cost. You'll enjoy it.

Tasting menu was really something. The menu had so many great and interesting tastes that we had more than enough to talk about. Every dish was special in both layout and variations. Service was excellent, interior was beautiful and we had a really good overall experience! We will come back if we are near by.
